A hotel reservation link will be provided in your Annual Meeting registration confirmation e-mail. You must first register for the Annual Meeting in order to book your sleeping room in the AAPOS overflow hotel room block.

AAPOS has secured a dedicated room block onsite at the Grand America Hotel. The hotel reservation deadline is February 11, 2025 or until rooms sell out. Please be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible as our room blocks are limited and have sold out in the past.
 

  • After registering for the meeting, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that includes a link to online hotel reservations for the AAPOS block.
  • The AAPOS rate of $289/night is honored so long as rooms in the block are available. Rates quoted are per room, per night based on Single or Double occupancy, and are not inclusive of applicable taxes.

Please note the booking assistance is complimentary however you will have to pay for the ride itself. There is not a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel. 

The Grand America is conveniently situated just one block from the Courthouse Station, a TRAX train stop. The TRAX train stop services three of the major lines that travel throughout the city.
