    Fellowship Guidelines

The purpose of these guidelines for new international pediatric ophthalmology training programs is not to dictate rigid rules, but to provide a matrix that can be modified to suit the needs of the individual programs.

    Fellowship Development Guidelines

The underlying guiding principle is that the pediatric ophthalmologist is an advocate for children in his or her region for problems related to eye and diseases.

    International Travel Grant

The International Affairs Committee of AAPOS and the Children's Eye Foundation offer a yearly International Travel Grant to encourage broad international participation in the Annual Meeting of the American Association for Pediatric Opthalmology and Strabismus.

    International Travel Grant

A grant has been established to provide financial assistance for a pediatric ophthalmologist residing outside of North America to attend the AAPOS Annual Meeting.
