Dr. Deborah Alcorn serves as the Associate Professor of Ophthalmology, Emerita at Stanford Hospital and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford. She received her medical degree from Roy J Lucille A Carver College Of Medicine At University Of Iowa in 1981. She completed a residency in ophthalmology at the Medical College of Wisconsin and a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at Indiana University, as well as a two-year fellowship in ocular genetics at the Wilmer Ophthalmological Institute at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Alcorn’s current research interests include ophthalmic genetics and has published numerous works on the subject.
