Does my child qualify for All Children See?


To qualify as an All Children See patient, a child/family must: 
1. Be under the age of 18 
2. Be a legal citizen/resident of the United States 
3. Be uninsured or under-insured 
4. Be unable to provide their physician with a co-pay
