Nicklaus Children's Hospital (formerly Miami Children’s Hospital), a 309-bed freestanding children's hospital and Level I trauma center, and Pediatric Specialists of America (PSA), the physician multispecialty group practice of Nicklaus Children's Health System are seeking an outstanding and dedicated candidate for an immediate BC/BE pediatric ophthalmologist opportunity in Midtown Miami.

This is a clinical and surgical position. The attending physician will see a variety of both routine and complex cases in a four-lanes clinical setting with state-of the-art equipment including OCT, fundus camera, visual field, ocular ultrasound and autorefractor/keratometer to facilitate the practice of pediatric ophthalmology at the highest level. Regular clinic days will be held at the Nicklaus Children’s Nirvair Chowdhury Midtown Center, which is located 15 miles north of the hospital’s main campus in Coral Gables. Candidate will have full privileges at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and oversee inpatient consults, as well as elective and ocular procedures.

Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates, PA (CEENTA), established in 1923, is a physician-owned Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology practice with over 100 providers and 19 offices in Charlotte, North Carolina and the surrounding area.

Because of continued expansion, CEENTA is seeking a fellowship-trained BC/BE pediatric ophthalmologist to join our team of four outstanding pediatric ophthalmologists, 35 ophthalmologists of other specialties, and four optometrists. The ideal candidate will help the practice meet growing pediatric patient demand and offer adult strabismus services. Consultation affiliations with local pediatric specialty hospitals and neonatal intensive care units add to the pathology and referral base.
