A hotel reservation link will be provided in your Annual Meeting registration confirmation e-mail. You must first register for the Annual Meeting in order to book your sleeping room in the AAPOS overflow hotel room block.


For your convenience, AAPOS has negotiated additional room blocks at the Aloft HotelCourtyard by Marriott Austin Downtown/Convention Center and the Westin Austin Downtown at a rate of $289++/night.

If the room blocks in the links above sell out, you can put your name on the AAPOS Hotel Waitlist. Should something open at one of the AAPOS Annual Meeting Hotels, we will contact you immediately to complete the reservation. A credit card will be required to hold the reservation. Please be sure to make a REFUNDABLE reservation elsewhere to ensure that you have sleeping room accommodations for the event. Putting your name on the waitlist does not guarantee a reservation at one of the AAPOS Annual Meeting Hotels.
